1.How is the quality of the outdoor playground?
We use LLDPE from Korea and galvanized steal, it is very strong and safe for children.
2. Did the plastic very easy to break?
No, the thickness of the LLDPE is 6mm, environmental and non-toxic , can be used at least 5 years.
3. Can we change the design?
Yes, we can change according to your requirement as we have a professional designer team.
4. How is the packing, will the plastic easy to damage?
No, the plastic parks we will pack with bubble bag/blanket then PP film. The metals are pack with blanket, so it is not easy to damage.
5. How can i install it after getting the playground?
We will send you the installation drawing after shipment. Each pipes will have the labels, you just install it accoring to the numbers.
6. How can i clean the inflatable if it is dirty?
It is very easy for you , just put some soap and use the cleaning cloth to clean it.
7. How is the guarantee of the outdoor plaground?
The warranty time is 1years.
