Q: How long does it take to get a plan or design?
It depends on the size of your playground. Typically, it takes three working days to complete the overall design.
Q: What about the trade term, payment term?
Trade terms: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU, and DDP are all accepted.Payment terms: Our standard payment term is 30% T/T as a deposit, with the balance
due before loading. For large orders, we accept L/C at sight. For trial orders of some play parts, we accept Western Union,credit card, PayPal, or cash.
Q: Does your product have any certificates?
Yes, our products comply with the EU standard. But for indoor & outdoor playgrounds, we don't have a certificate for every model. And most playground is customized. Therefore,the certificate is always applied by our client, taking into account the cost.
Q: This is my first time importing the children's playground. What should we do?
A: If you have no imported license, pls find a customs company local to help with customs clearance.
Q: What is the payment term?
A:T/T, L/C,Western Union, etc.
Q : What's your delivery time?
A: Usually, it takes about 7-15 days.
Q: Can you do a custom design for us?
A: Yes, if you have a play area, please inform us of your dimensions, and a professional designer will design for you.
Q: What kind of Certificate do you have?
A: Our company has passed ISO, AMTS, TUV, CE, .ect.
